ValtersIT sells access to a data API. The moment an API request is served, the data it returned has been fully and irreversibly delivered to you — there is no way to "return" data once it has left our servers.

Top-up credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the payment is completed.

Subscription charges are final and non-refundable for the billing period they cover. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals (Stripe billing portal, below) — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then.

This does not limit any refund, reversal, or chargeback right you have under mandatory law that cannot be excluded by agreement (proven billing error, duplicate charge, fraud). Full policy: Refund Policy.
